Privacy Policy
Updated: June 1, 2026
This policy describes what personal data Apex Capital collects, the purposes for which it is processed and the rights of the data subject.
1. What data we collect
During registration and verification we collect identification data (full name, date of birth, citizenship), contact data (email, phone, address), copies of documents required under KYC/AML rules, and technical data about your use of the service (IP address, device type, dashboard activity).
Financial data — transaction history, source of funds, payment details — is processed solely to perform the agreement and meet legal requirements.
2. Purposes and legal grounds for processing
Data is processed to conclude and perform the client agreement, meet regulatory requirements (identification, anti-money-laundering), secure the account and — subject to separate consent — for marketing communications.
You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time in the dashboard settings or via support; this does not affect account servicing.
3. Storage and transfer of data
Data is stored in encrypted form in EU data centers. The retention period is determined by legal requirements (as a rule, 5 years after the relationship ends).
Transfers to third parties are possible only to providers involved in delivering the service (payment providers, verification services) under data processing agreements, and to regulators upon lawful request.
4. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction, deletion (subject to mandatory retention periods), restriction of processing and data portability. Requests are sent to support and fulfilled within 30 days.
